Helen Chadwick DePietro, age 79 of Columbus, died Sunday,
December 29, 1991 at Manor Care Nursing Home, Westerville.
Member of St. Anthony Parish and formerly long-time member
of St. James the Less Parish.  Active in the St. Ann's Hos-
pital Guild.  Beautician at Peri-Mason Salon for many years
Preceded in death in 1981 by husband, Alphonso P. DePietro.
Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Phyllis Chadwick
of Worthington; daughter and son-i-law, Dolores and Jack Ho- 
ward, Las Vegas; daughter-in-law, Mildred Gable, Ft. Meyers,
Fl.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother Roy
C. Adams, Adams Co.; numerous nieces and nephews.  Mass of 
Christian Burial 10 a.m. Thursday, January 2, 1992, St An-
thony Catholic Church.  Fr. John Swickard celebrant.  Inter-
ment Northlwan Memory Gardens.  Family will receive friends
2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday Schoedinger North Chapel., 5554 
Karl Rd.  Rosary 7:30 p.m.  If they wish friends may con-
tribute to American Cancer Society, 900 Michigan Ave., Box
185, Cols., Oh. 43216 in her memory.
